Title: Visual Experience DesignerLocation: Winchester, VAEmployment Type: ContractCompensation: Pay Range:$35.00-$40.00 Per HrDescription Join our team as a Visual Experience Designer, where you'll develop visual design solutions for complex initiatives. This hybrid position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences through creative design. You'll leverage your expertise in design principles and technologies to create engaging, user-centered deliverables.Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive visual design solutions that align with user experience goals. Collaborate with project teams to define and maintain visual identity. Create prototypes for testing and ensure design solutions meet objectives. Document project specifications for developers and ensure design expectations are met. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Qualifications Familiarity with UX design principles and ability to apply them effectively. Knowledge of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, and composition. Understanding of user-centered design processes and best practices. Experience managing multiple priorities in a team environment.
