About the Role
We are seeking a self‑motivated, results‑driven Visual Merchandising Production Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced corporate retail environment, enjoy continuous learning, and share our dedication to delivering outstanding service.
As a key link between our corporate merchandising strategy and our stores, this position ensures that each location can execute plans with precision and clarity. Additionally, this role provides essential support to our stores, ensuring they have the resources needed to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Create the monthly merchandising guide and templated assets for in‑store execution (signage, brochures, posters and ad‑hoc POP pieces).
- Design print‑ready artwork and production files that align with brand and visual merchandising standards
- Source, order and track POP materials, display components, fixtures, and printed collateral for stores and vendor events
- Coordinate packaging and shipping of POP materials to retail locations, confirm deliveries and resolve shipping or fulfillment issues
- Assist with Advocate and Champion Programs as needed
- Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders and vendor communications to ensure on‑time production and delivery
- Reconcile vendor invoices and ensure timely payment for department and store‑related expenses.
- Maintain an organized asset library, production schedule and basic inventory tracking for POP stock.
- Work cross‑functionally with merchandising, store operations and leadership to ensure visual programs are executable in store environments
- Provide occasional onsite support for merchandising installs and troubleshooting store signage placement
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred
- 2+ years' experience in visual/graphic design and/or retail POP production
- Retail experience with merchandising exposure
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with print production/file prep
- Experience managing purchase orders, vendor invoices and basic shipping/logistics.
- Strong layout, typography and visual merchandising sensibility; excellent communication and project‑management skills
- Able to communicate professionally and collaborate with store teams and vendors
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods when supporting installs or handling shipments
- Shifts may include hours before/after store open times and occasional mornings, nights or weekends.
- Some travel may be required (Up to 20%)
