- Empower Independence: Guide individuals (including Veterans and those with ASD/DD) in seeking, obtaining, and maintaining competitive employment.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as a professional liaison between our consumers and local employer partners to ensure a "win-win" for everyone.
- Cultivate Success: Work independently in the community to provide the "on-the-ground" support that leads to long-term self-sufficiency.
- Coach & Advocate: Support individuals through the entire process—from new hire paperwork and orientation to long-term career advancement.
- Solve Real-World Puzzles: Identify assistive technology and reasonable accommodations that level the playing field in the workplace.
- Facilitate Relationships: Build natural supports within the workplace so our clients feel connected to their coworkers and supervisors.
- Drive Progress: Use your personal vehicle (with full mileage reimbursement!) to provide community and employment transportation to participants.
- Stay Organized: Maintain accurate digital records on your company-provided tablet to ensure our team has the best data to support our clients.

- The Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree (any field).
- Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of relevant life/work experience.
- Communication Guru: You’re comfortable with public speaking and building rapport with local business owners.
- Independence: You thrive working in the community rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
- The Essentials: Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a clean background check/drug screen.
