Job Description
- Conduct vocational assessments to identify strengths, interests, skills, and employment goals.
- Develop individualized employment plans that support each person's career objectives.
- Assist clients with resume preparation, job applications, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
- Develop relationships with local employers to identify employment opportunities.
- Match qualified candidates with appropriate positions based on their skills and interests.
- Educate employers on workplace accommodations, disability inclusion, and supported employment services.
- Provide on-site job coaching during orientation, onboarding, and the early stages of employment.
- Support individuals in developing workplace skills and building natural supports within their work environment.
- Monitor employment progress and provide follow-along services to promote long-term job retention.
- Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and employment records using company technology.
- Manage an assigned caseload while meeting program requirements and service deadlines.
- Travel throughout the community to meet with participants, employers, and community partners.
- High school diploma or GED with at least two years of relevant work or life experience.
