Job Title: Voice Engineer
Location: Chandler, AZ
Salary Range: Competitive
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support our global voice operations engineering efforts. The role focuses on managing core voice services and supporting infrastructure, working with a diverse team to ensure seamless operations and swift issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of operational engineering expertise with Voice Networking, including SIP, Carrier, e911, Contact Center, IVR, CTI, and VOIP technologies
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Voice Systems, including Incident Management process and TAC engagement
- Experience with NICE Recording, including provisioning
- MS Teams Voice provisioning experience
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in the financial or banking industry
- ServiceNow experience
- 3-4 years experience in a lead role
- Strong risk management skills – able to understand urgency and assess impact
- Ability to work in a highly visible environment
- Knowledge of ITIL Processes with a focus on Major Incident Management and Problem Management
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for Cisco and MS Teams voice operations
- Manage all aspects of core voice services and support infrastructure globally
- Participate in change and problem management reviews
- Work closely with vendors and manage internal teams
- Perform technical troubleshooting and manage risk assessments
- Participate in a night and weekend on-call rotation for escalated issues
- Lead meetings and communicate updates to senior leadership
