Job Description

Position: Voice systems Administration

Location: Onsite Colorado Springs

Clearance: Active Secret

Key Responsibilities

· Provide deskside support, placement, and basic troubleshooting for VoIP/VoSIP devices.

· Submit service tickets and elevate incidents/requests as needed.

· Coordinate with provisioning authorities during installation of new VoIP/VoSIP devices.

· Install new software releases, system upgrades, patches, and resolve software‑related issues affecting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM).

· Perform system backups and recovery; maintain system data files and configurations to ensure data integrity.

· Create, maintain, and troubleshoot client endpoints within UCM, including software‑defined and physical device configurations.

· Monitor system performance, identify issues, and maintain operational stability.

· Apply established concepts, processes, and procedures to assigned tasks under general supervision.

Required Qualifications

· 4-6 years of experience with Cisco Call Manager.

· Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) certification required.

· 6-10 years of overall systems administration experience.

· Experience supporting secure voice systems (VoIP/VoSIP) in enterprise or government environments.

· Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ticketing systems.

· Ability to follow established procedures and work within a team environment.
