Requirements
- Relevant educational background or experience depending on the area of interest (Engineering, Science, Operations, Administration, etc.).

- Demonstrated passion for sustainability, clean energy, or minerals and battery technologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong initiative to learn and grow.
- Flexible availability and openness to various roles and responsibilities within the company.
