Job Description

We are seeking professionals to work with our service customers to provide a high level of customer service.Job Requirements:
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Our facilities are DRUG FREE, must be able to pass a 9-panel drug screen (does not test for THC).
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to executive management.
  • Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
Key Functions: 
  • Greet customers.
  • Create work orders.
  • Assist customers with questions on vehicle operation and maintenance requirements.
  • Order parts.
  • Correspond with customers and our Auto Techs during repairs to ensure we continue to meet expectations.
  • Review the final invoice and work overview at the time of payment. 
  • Maintain customer records according to industry safety standards.
