Job Description

We are seeking professionals to work with our service customers to provide a high level of customer service.Job Requirements:

Hold a valid driver’s license.
Our facilities are DRUG FREE, must be able to pass a 9-panel drug screen (does not test for THC).
Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
Must follow all company policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to executive management.
Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.

Key Functions:

Greet customers.
Create work orders.
Assist customers with questions on vehicle operation and maintenance requirements.
Order parts.
Correspond with customers and our Auto Techs during repairs to ensure we continue to meet expectations.
Review the final invoice and work overview at the time of payment.
Maintain customer records according to industry safety standards.
