Job Description

The VP, Associate Creative Director, Art is a senior creative leader who shapes brand ideas, elevates design, and helps teams produce bold, thoughtful work. They bring strong creative instincts, collaborative leadership, and a deep understanding of healthcare storytelling, with an eye toward how emerging tools like AI can enhance the creative process and modern healthcare advertising.

Responsibilities

Lead concept development and visual direction across brands and campaigns
Partner with copy, strategy, account, and medical to create smart, impactful work
Oversee and elevate creative across digital, social, video, print, and other channels
Explore and apply AI and emerging tools in ways that strengthen creative development, storytelling, and execution
Mentor and manage art directors and designers, helping grow both craft and thinking
Present work to clients and clearly articulate the strategy behind the creative
Ensure work is on-brand, well-crafted, and aligned to business goals
Contribute to creative culture, team development, and agency growth

Requirements

Strong portfolio with standout conceptual and visual work
10+ years of experience in advertising, Healthcare advertising a plus
Healthcare or pharma agency experience preferred
Experience leading teams, shaping creative, and building client trust
Interest in how AI and new technologies can support innovation in healthcare advertising
Strong design instincts, communication skills, and collaborative mindset

Pay Range- $170,000-$185,000
