This role drives global alignment across regions, balancing service excellence, inventory discipline, and profitability in an increasingly complex, interconnected marketplace.

As the strategic owner of integrated business planning, this leader will unite regional operations, business units, and functional partners under one standardized global framework-embedding best practices that minimize costs, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure long-term sustainable growth. The VP will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-border collaboration, building resilient supply chain and financial planning capabilities that can thrive in dynamic global markets.

What You'll Do

End-to-End Global Supply Chain Leadership

  • Design, implement, and optimize a global S&OP process that integrates demand, supply, inventory, product lifecycle, and capacity planning across all geographies.
  • Align regional supply chain strategies with enterprise-level financial objectives to ensure global scalability and agility.
  • Establish worldwide inventory and fulfillment strategies, balancing working capital efficiency with the ability to capture sales and service opportunities in all markets.
  • Manage long-range global planning (LRP) in partnership with regional leaders, ensuring Product, Sales, Sourcing, Logistics, and Operations align with enterprise goals.

Financial Integration Across Geographies

  • Own the design and governance of global Open-to-Buy (OTB) processes, ensuring consistency across categories, channels, and regions while aligning with corporate financial targets.
  • Drive global financial accountability by integrating supply chain KPIs with financial performance metrics, linking inventory, margin, and revenue outcomes across regions.
  • Develop proactive profit optimization strategies-including global clearance, liquidation, and channel-specific exit plans-that protect gross margin and preserve brand value.

Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

  • Serve as the central connector between Planning, Finance, Product, Commercial, Operations, and regional business units, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment of plans.
  • Partner with regional leadership teams to navigate diverse market dynamics, balancing global standardization with local market responsiveness.
  • Lead executive discussions on scenario analysis, risk management, and global trade-offs-advocating for both global efficiency and regional growth opportunities.

Global Leadership & Talent Development

  • Direct and inspire global planning teams across Product, Wholesale, Demand, Retail, and Supply functions, building consistent best-in-class capabilities across continents.
  • Cultivate and mentor diverse talent across geographies, ensuring local market expertise is linked to global strategy.
  • Embed continuous improvement and process harmonization across all regions, leveraging technology, automation, and advanced analytics to scale.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain planning, demand and supply management, and financial integration in a complex, multi-national environment.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end supply chain operations (demand forecasting, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, logistics, and fulfillment).
  • Experience owning global S&OP design and execution, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or other fast-paced, high-SKU industries.
  • Strong background in financial planning, budget management, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) forecasting, with direct accountability for P&L or gross margin outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive global alignment and execution while balancing diverse regional strategies and market dynamics.
  • Significant experience in organizational transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement across geographies.
  • Proven success partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Product, Commercial, Operations) to align investment, inventory, and growth objectives.
  • Experience managing complex third-party partnerships, including global suppliers, logistics providers, and contract manufacturers.
