  • Provide clear strategic direction, performance expectations, and coaching to drive individual and team success.

  • Collaborate closely with regional Sales, Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure alignment and successful execution across US, EU, and APAC.

  • Partner with regional leadership to tailor go-to-market strategies to local market needs.

Market Expertise & Innovation

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem, with particular focus on Retail Media and Search Ads, alongside DSP, SSP, CTV, DMP, CDP, and clean room technologies.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform partnership strategy and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Provide market insights and feedback to Product and Executive teams to influence roadmap and innovation priorities.

Revenue Growth & Performance Management

  • Drive revenue growth across Retail Media and Search Ads partnerships, contributing meaningfully to overall company targets.

  • Establish and track KPIs to measure pipeline development, deal velocity, partner activation, and revenue performance.

  • Provide regular updates to the CRO and executive leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.

  • Contribute to broader commercial strategy discussions and annual planning processes.

  • Strong negotiation and deal-making capabilities with clear examples of igniting, structuring, and closing strategic partnerships.

  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

  • Strong understanding of AdTech industry trends and regulatory considerations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
