Vice President Commercial/Agricultural Loan Officer

We have an opportunity in our Lending Department and plan to hire an experienced Commercial/Ag Lender for our Elwood and Fairmount branches to care for the surrounding areas. The Bank has experienced significant growth in the Madison County area, and we are seeking an individual that will continue that momentum.

Requirements

As a general overview, this position will focus on Commercial & Agricultural business development across our geographical footprint including:

Origination of Commercial & Agricultural loans and deposit generation.
Ensure that lending activities result in maximum volume and minimal delinquency ratio.
Prospect and develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing customer relationships.
Develop revenue growth through generation of loans while meeting production goals.
General support of management in the operation of the bank including asset-liability management and marketing efforts.
