Oversee global financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations. Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve department objectives. Identify opportunities for financial improvement and cost optimization. Lead financial due diligence for potential investments or acquisitions. Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders. This role is onsite and based in Irvine, CA.The Successful ApplicantA successful VP of Finance should have: Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in global payment processing or money transfer businesses is a must have for this position. Expertise in financial compliance and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in analyzing financial data and providing strategic recommendations. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and senior management. Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred. This role is onsite and based in Irvine, CA.
