VP of Admissions and Marketing for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF )

Compensation:Open - based on candidate requirements and experienceBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance and 401K with a match program.

Schedule: PTO, Monday - Friday, flexible hours

Qualifications of the VP of Admissions and Marketing:

Demonstrated VP-level leadership in Admissions and Marketing, ideally within skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a proven history of cultivating and sustaining hospital partnerships.
Extensive experience managing subacute and short-stay admissions, including census growth and oversight.
Energetic, driven, results-focused professional with a “go-getter” mindset, supported by a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities of the VP of Admissions and Marketing:

Cultivate and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers to consistently drive new patient admissions.
Design and implement strategic admissions and marketing initiatives across six Maryland facilities (750 beds) to support growth objectives.
Grow the subacute/short-term census and optimise acuity levels while upholding high quality-of-care standards.
Direct admissions workflows and marketing activities across all sites, partnering with facility leadership to achieve target census and an optimal patient mix.
