Job Description

GNR has been retained to “confidentially” identify a VP of FINANCE & ACCOUNTING for a well-established & growing MANUFACTURING organization in the Little Rock, AR region.

We’re seeking an experienced “hands-on” finance leader to lead a solid team and own the financials for the site (approx. $100M). This role offers visibility and will involve both strategic and tactical initiatives – provide financial insight to support strategic & operational objectives, reporting directly to the GM.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

STRONG manufacturing FINANCE / ACCOUNTING experience is REQUIRED with GAAP (Defense FAR / DFARs is a PLUS)
Forecast budgets, Cost & Rate structures, Audits, Treasury, Mitigate risks, Proposals & Contracts support
Communicate & advise the Executive team on financial findings.
Able to develop and mentor a small team and identify / implement improvements - processes or operationally
BS / MS / MBA with over 10+ years of experience
US Citizenship
