Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.
We are seeking a skilled Vice President of Information Technology in Hillsborough, NJ. The Vice President of Information Technology provides strategic leadership, planning and oversight for the organization’s technology infrastructure, systems and technology initiatives to support over 7,000 employees across 12 states. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the VP ensures technology investments align with organizational strategy, operational efficiency, security and innovation goals.
Starting Salary: $200,000
Responsibilities
- Direct the planning, installation and support of information technology use at all regional offices and other enterprises owned by Community Options, Inc.
- Lead, mentor and develop technology leadership staff and their teams.
- Manage infrastructure upgrades and capacity planning initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with organizational and strategic objectives.
- Lead long-term infrastructure planning including modernization, cloud adoption and system integration.
- Foster collaboration between technology teams and other departments.
- Establish technology standards, governance frameworks and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and internal policies.
- Manage risk related to data protection, system integrity, and technology vendors.
- Provide executive oversight for technology initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Ensure high-quality IT support services across the organization through the help desk and field technicians.
- Oversee helpdesk operations, device management, and end-user technology services.
- Supervise, mentor and develop information technology leadership staff and their teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
- 10+ years in senior leadership positions in information technology operations, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Experience leading multiple technology teams and large-scale technology projects
