Proven success in launching and scaling consumer products or brands, ideally within high-growth or DTC spaces

Deep understanding of audience-led growth strategies and modern marketing technology stacks

Demonstrated experience managing complex launches, cross-functional teams, and data-driven marketing systems

Strong relationships with media agencies, platforms, and strategic partners

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Passion for digital media, entertainment, sports, and the creator economy

Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive brand and communications strategies that align with company vision

Lead go-to-market planning for new consumer products, digital platforms, and experiential events

Oversee public relations, media outreach, and reputation management, fostering relationships with industry creators and partners

Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to craft compelling narratives and campaigns
