VP of Revenue StrategyLocation: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)Employment Type: Full-timeLevel: Vice President OverviewWe are partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed hospitality and short-term rental startup to hire a VP of Revenue Strategy. This role will report directly to the company’s co-founders and play a critical role in shaping and scaling the organization’s revenue function during a period of rapid growth.This is an opportunity for a highly analytical, hands-on revenue leader who enjoys operating in a dynamic, startup-style environment and wants meaningful ownership over strategy, data, and team development.Key Responsibilities

• Own the company’s end-to-end revenue strategy, including forecasting, performance tracking, and executive-level reporting
• Build, maintain, and continuously evolve revenue dashboards, using data to analyze trends and inform business decisions
• Provide leadership and guidance on daily pricing and yield decisions, executed by a team of revenue analysts
• Serve as the internal owner for database management, partnering closely with an external data vendor
• Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of 5 analysts (revenue and data), with the opportunity to scale the team over time
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to support growth initiatives, market expansion, and operational optimization

Ideal Background

• Significant experience in hotel or short-term rental revenue management
• Comfortable in startup or growth-stage environments (not purely large, traditional hospitality organizations)
• Proven people leader with experience managing and developing analytical teams
• Exceptionally data-driven and numbers-oriented mindset
• Hands-on technical skills, including comfort working with databases and running SQL queries
• Enjoys problem-solving, ambiguity, and operating in a fast-moving business

Compensation

• Base salary: Approximately $150,000–$200,000, depending on level and experience
• Bonus: 10–15% annual performance-based bonus
