Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies for an Industrial staffing environment *
- Lead the process improvement initiatives and identify reporting trends *
- Conduct safety walkthroughs, assess risks, and educate internal staff on OSHA and safety laws *
- Partner with clients, walk the facility floors, and prevent potential risks through proactive measures
- Extensive experience in risk management in industries such as Manufacturing, 3PL, Staffing, Security Services, etc. *
- Strong knowledge of state and federal safety OSHA regulations.*
- Meticulous, personable, and action-oriented individual. *
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and profitability through risk management.
- Experience in self-insured environments
