Job Description

Vice President, Retail Sales & Strategy

Location: Remote (Nashville, TN preferred)

We’re seeking a strategic, relationship-driven sales executive to lead and expand a major retail partnership. This role is ideal for a senior sales leader experienced in retail, shopper marketing, and CPG who thrives on building executive relationships and driving measurable growth across in-store, digital, and omnichannel marketing solutions.

What You’ll Do:• Grow and manage high-impact retail partnerships, delivering profitable, long-term results.• Lead business development efforts and uncover new opportunities within complex retail ecosystems.• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across merchandising, marketing, and media teams.• Develop data-driven, insight-led proposals that demonstrate ROI and retail value creation.• Partner cross-functionally to deliver tailored, multi-channel retail media and shopper marketing programs.• Lead, mentor, and inspire a national sales team to exceed goals.

What We’re Looking For:• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in retail, retail media, shopper marketing, or CPG.• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and expanding strategic partnerships.• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.• Highly analytical with the ability to leverage insights, forecasting, and financial models.• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and energized by growth.

Location: Remote (preferred candidates in or near Nashville, TN)
