What You'll Do
As a Waitstaff team member, you'll help create an enjoyable dining experience by:
- Greeting and serving residents with kindness and professionalism
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Delivering meals promptly and efficiently
- Setting and clearing dining tables
- Keeping dining areas clean and inviting
- Working closely with teammates to provide excellent service
- Helping residents feel welcomed, valued, and cared for every day
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with older adults and providing exceptional customer service
- Is friendly, dependable, and positive
- Can stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates well with residents, families, and coworkers
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Follows company dress code and safety standards
- Handles concerns professionally and respectfully
Restaurant or customer service experience is helpful, but we're happy to train someone with a great attitude and a heart for serving others.
