The Lakes Bar and Grill in Lake Madison, SD is calling all efficient hard workers to apply to join our amazing team as a full- or part-time time Waiter / Waitress! 

Pay Rate: $20 - $30 per hour

We are an established bar and grill that makes sure each employee is taken care of. We pay our restaurant servers a competitive base pay that includes tips forapproximately $20-$30/hr. ABOUT THE LAKES BAR AND GRILL

We are a stay-and-play resort on Lake Madison that has been providing great food and memorable experiences since our foundation in 2003. Our resort features 15 motel rooms, a 9-hole golf course, and a full-service bar and grill with indoor and outdoor dining. Nestled between three area lakes, our resort offers beautiful views and good times for everyone. YOUR LIFE AS A WAITER / WAITRESS

This restaurant position offers the option of either full-time or part-time work. The ability to work weekends and holidays is also required. 

As a full- or part-time Waiter / Waitress, you play a huge part in the experience each customer has at our restaurant! As guests come in, you warmly greet them, promptly take orders, and tactfully follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Your awareness serves you well as you refill drinks and clear dishes at appropriate times. Your problem-solving skills come in handy when you need to rectify guest complaints, and you always promptly notify the management of these situations. Overall, you love working with lots of different people, having the opportunity to be an important part of the team, and earning great pay that reflects your efforts!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Strong communication skills 
• Age 16 or older 
• Must be willing to work various nights, weekends, and holidays
