Cura of Le Sueur is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team! We have full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available to accommodate a variety of schedules.

We are offering walk-in interviews for interested applicants on November 18th from 10am-3pm! No appointment is necessary. Simply stop by our facility to meet our team, learn more about our available positions, and explore opportunities to grow your career in healthcare.

Requirements

Must hold a current, active Minnesota CNA certification, LPN license, or RN license, as applicable to the position.

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

Must be dependable, professional, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to follow facility policies, procedures, and resident care plans.

Must meet applicable background study and employment eligibility requirements.

Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Commitment to maintaining resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.
