- Pay: $90,000 to $120,000+ per year, depending on experience, schedule, and performance.
- Full‑time, year‑round work with overtime opportunities when available.

- Assist the lead installer on residential HVAC changeouts and installs, primarily straight cool systems, with some light commercial work.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each job.
- Help set equipment, line sets, ductwork, drain lines, pads, and basic components under supervision.
- Keep the truck, job site, and materials organized, clean, and job ready.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
- Follow directions from the lead installer and support the crew to keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Help protect the customer’s home and maintain a clean, professional job site.
- Learn HVAC installation standards, safety procedures, and quality expectations on the job.
- Six months or more of HVAC, construction, mechanical, or general install experience preferred.
- Strong applicants with no direct HVAC experience will be considered if attitude and work ethic are excellent.
- Able to work hard in attics, outdoors, crawlspaces, and other field conditions common in HVAC install work.
- Able to lift 60 pounds and handle physically demanding work consistently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions closely.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools and power tools.
- EPA certification is a plus but not required.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Mostly residential work, so the learning curve is practical and repeatable.
- You work directly with experienced installers and learn the trade the right way.
- Clear path from helper to installer and lead installer with higher earnings over time.
