FUNERAL DIRECTOR / FUNERAL ARRANGER
Location: Southwest ColoradoSalary: $55,000–$70,000Full-Time | Excellent Benefits | Strong Work-Life Balance
A highly respected and well-established funeral home is looking to add a Funeral Director, Funeral Arranger or Apprentice to its growing team in beautiful Southwest Colorado.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a licensed Funeral Director, experienced Arranger, or motivated Apprentice who is looking for stability, a strong team environment, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with families to make funeral, burial, cremation, and memorial arrangements
- Guide families through available services and merchandise options
- Coordinate funerals, visitations, memorial services, and celebrations of life
- Complete required contracts, authorizations, permits, and documentation
- Communicate with clergy, cemeteries, crematories, and outside vendors
- Provide compassionate and professional support throughout the entire process
- Work closely with leadership and other members of the funeral home team
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and family care
QUALIFICATIONS
- Funeral Director or Funeral Arranger experience preferred
- Licensed Funeral Directors are strongly encouraged to apply
- Apprentices and developing funeral professionals will be considered
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and family focused
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional manner
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to relocate to or reside in Southwest Colorado
