Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves clerical duties, data entry, and coordination with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation
- File and organize paperwork such as invoices, bills of lading, and reports
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Track shipments and update logs as needed
- Support general administrative tasks for the warehouse
- Previous administrative or warehouse office experience preferred
