- Greeting and assisting customers at the sales counter with orders, inquiries, and purchases, delivering friendly, professional service.*
- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or customer pickup, ensuring timely and correct delivery.*
- Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming inventory, verifying accuracy and quality standards.*
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.*
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to uphold safety protocols and streamline workflows.
- High school diploma or equivalent.*
- Prior experience in retail or customer service, ideally within auto parts, hardware, or industrial supply sectors.*
- Strong attention to detail, especially when reading small labels and part numbers.*
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.*
- Warehouse experience, including order picking, is a plus.*
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial parts, hoses, or fittings is advantageous.*
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods.
