We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to join our team.

Job summary:

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate, efficient, and high-quality warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and inspecting glass and hardware deliveries
• Performing quality control checks upon receipt
• Processing hardware sales orders
• Picking, packing, and preparing purchase orders
• Preparing orders for delivery and customer will-call
• Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Operating within the warehouse management system
• Coordinating logistics and supporting delivery operations
• Performing additional operational duties as assigned
• The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains precision under pressure.

We are looking for an individual:

• Organized, disciplined, detailed and analytical;
• Self-motivated and coachable;
• Professional and team-oriented;
• Has strong personal skills such as empathy, altruism and VERY GOOD listening;
• Ability to identify and resolve problems;
• Fluent in English and Spanish;
• Previous experience in glass industry is a differential. 

Type of work: Full time

• Hours: Monday to Friday.
• Salary: Great base salary + Benefits.

Experience:

• 2 years plus (preferred)
• Warehouse management system;
• Desirable: experience in operating a forklift.
