Our Warehouse Assistants play a vital role in supporting Converge's mission by ensuring medical devices are accurately prepared, maintained, and delivered to those who need them most. By keeping inventory organized and operations running efficiently, you help ensure patients receive the right equipment at the right time. Your work directly supports patient care, operational success, and the overall impact we make every day.

Details:

• Location: Onsite in Dripping Springs, TX
• Pay Range: $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• · Warehouse & Shipping Operations: Process, organize, and manage inventory; pack, scan, and ship medical devices accurately; operate material handling equipment; and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Equipment Handling & Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices and equipment using tools and diagnostic methods while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Operational Support: Follow standard procedures, meet productivity goals, and adapt to new processes while supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Good written communication skills
• 1-2 years experience preferred
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand on feet for majority of a 6 hour day
• Comfortable performing various DIY tasks such as building office furniture, hanging hardware, turning a wrench
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
