Position Summary:
We are a specialty construction company seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Assistant to support our field and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage tools, equipment, and materials in the warehouse and assist with deliveries to job sites. A valid driver's license is required, and a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming materials, tools, and equipment
- Pick and stage orders for job site delivery
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Deliver materials, tools, or equipment to job sites using company vehicles
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse and yard spaces
- Track inventory using manual logs or inventory software
- Assist with tool and equipment check-in/check-out process
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (training/certification provided if needed)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver's license (required)
- CDL Class A or B is a plus, but not required
- 1+ year experience in warehouse, construction, or materials handling preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment
- Forklift operation experience or willingness to become certified
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Occasional early mornings, overtime, or weekend work based on project needs.
