Job Description
We’re a leader in the plastics industry and known for being the “go-to” team for hard-to-find materials and top-notch customer service. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a strong team.
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.
COMPENSATION:$17.00 – $19.00/hour, depending on experience
WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE:
- Pull, load, and package customer orders accurately
- Make local deliveries (Class C, no CDL required)
- Unload materials safely at customer locations
- Provide great customer service during deliveries and will call pickups
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Use our barcoding system for inventory and order tracking
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and find solutions on the fly
- Look for ways to improve delivery efficiency and warehouse processes
- Jump in where needed—teamwork is everything here
SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS:
- Forklift experience required
- Clean driving record (you’ll be making local deliveries)
- Comfortable with basic math
- Saw experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
- 20+ years old
- Reliable with strong attendance (this matters here)
- Drug-free
- Team player with a positive attitude
