Job Description
Warehouse Associate
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate for a company in Grand Prairie, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming materials, operating a forklift as needed, and performing general warehouse duties such as picking and filling orders, packing and shipping products, palletizing, and organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is flexible, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 4 30pm
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
• Physically unloads, sorts and palletizes related products
• Check receipt of related products against the packing list / product list
• Check all related products and packaging for any signs of damage
• Notes any discrepancies on the shipper’s Bill of Lading
• Notifies the Operations Manager of any discrepancies
• Find and place palletized related products in the appropriate location
• Moves related products from their location to the appropriate staging area
• Locate and pull related products for daily orders
• Apply applicable labels for shipping-related products
• Process applicable paperwork for daily shipments
• Complete paperwork necessary to locate related products inventory to be subsequently pulled for order fulfillment
Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements:
• Ability to stand for a long period
• Lift 50 pounds office assessment
• Drug and Background
