Warehouse Associate

Chase Staffing is currently seeking dependable Warehouse Associates / Forklift Operators for a facility in the Cartersville, GA area. This role involves performing a variety of warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, shipping, and operating a forklift in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

SCHEDULE & PAY

Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay Rate: $19.00 per hour

GENERAL PURPOSE

To perform general warehouse duties including receiving and processing incoming materials, picking and packing orders, shipping, inventory control, forklift operation, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unload incoming deliveries and verify product against bills of lading• Sort and place materials into racks, shelves, or bins• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using pick lists and shipping documents• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and dock area• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT• Frequent use of hands, arms, and fingers to handle materials and equipment• Regular lifting/moving of 10–50 lbs; occasionally up to 100+ lbs• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling• Occasional climbing or balancing• Requires close, distance, and peripheral vision with ability to focus• Must have strong mental focus and manual dexterity to perform job duties

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred• Forklift experience or certification preferred/required• Strong communication, math, and organizational skills• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
