Job Title: Warehouse AssociateLocation: Hillsboro, NDCompensation: $20.00-$24.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: Monday- FridayJob Type: Temp | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a specialty ingredient production company in Hillsboro, ND. In this role, you’ll support daily production operations, help ensure quality standards are met, and contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Assist with daily production activities across multiple areas of the facility
Complete bagging and toting of finished products
Properly label products according to company standards
Ensure products are protected and packaged correctly after bagging
Monitor production equipment and report concerns as needed
Maintain facility cleanliness and complete regular sanitation tasks
Follow safety procedures and adhere to all quality standards

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in dust, confined spaces, and varying temperatures
No manufacturing experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply #IndeedNW
