Job Title: Warehouse AssociateLocation: Hopkins, MNCompensation: $21.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st shift | Monday–FridayJob Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a commercial construction and industrial materials company in Hopkins, MN. In this role, you’ll support daily warehouse operations by preparing, staging, and moving materials used in commercial construction projects. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, industrial environment and want a temp-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate:

• Load and unload trucks at docks and staging areas
• Stage, palletize, and organize materials for shipment or installation
• Transport materials safely throughout the warehouse and yard
• Assist with handling commercial glass systems, windows, skylights, and specialty doors
• Operate in industrial environments with trailers, roll-up doors, and heavy equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support warehouse organization and special projects as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding, industrial warehouse environment
• Ability to lift and move heavy or oversized materials (team lift required when applicable)
• Heavy lift certification required
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Forklift certification preferred (required for some duties)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job duties day to day
• Previous warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred
