Warehouse Associate 1st ShiftLocation: Keller, TXShift: 1st Shift | 7am - 3pmPay Rate: $21.50/hourPay Transparency & BenefitsThis is the pay range Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position. Supplier pay rates may vary.Benefits may include access to health and other compulsory benefits in accordance with applicable Pay Transparency laws.Steel-toed safety shoes are required on the first day of work. A reimbursement of up to $125 is available for approved safety footwear.Interview ProcessNo interviews required. Candidates will be selected based on hiring manager review of resumes.Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for material handling, inventory accuracy, quality control, and safe operation of warehouse equipment while following established safety and operational procedures.Key Responsibilities
- Operate within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
- Pick orders, wrap products, pack, label, and prepare shipments
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Stage finished products for outbound loading
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- No damaged product is shipped
- No damaged raw materials are accepted
- Operate sit-down forklifts and other industrial vehicles as required
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate effectively with shift leaders and cross-shift team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience
- Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work
- Steel-toed shoes required (reimbursement available up to $125)
