Job Description

FieldBridge is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Pasadena, TX. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay Rate/Schedule: $18.00 $19.00/hour | 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:45 PM or 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Opportunity for overtime pay | At $18/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $990 gross.

Position Overview:

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support daily receiving and picking operations at an industrial warehouse facility in Pasadena. This role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and work well with warehouse and inventory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Verify products and quantities against receiving documents.
  • Label and stage materials for storage or distribution.
  • Enter receiving information into the warehouse system.
  • Report damaged or incorrect items.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive warehouse tasks safely and follow PPE requirements
