Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler

Job Summary: Humano is currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers in the Perris, CA area for unloading tasks. This position involves manual unloading in teams without the use of heavy machinery, requiring the ability to lift 20-50 pounds continuously. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 4:00am - 12:30pm or until the day's work is completed.Qualifications:- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting- Must live locally in CaliforniaResponsibilities:- Unload freight manually in teams as part of daily operations- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment- Work efficiently to maximize earnings, with an average hourly rate of $25 (with a minimum of $17 per hour)- Embrace a flexible schedule and be open to overtime opportunities- Utilize medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off benefits offered by the company
