Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, picking, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Accurately move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage and organization.
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.
- Follow shipping and receiving procedures to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist production teams with material movement and other warehouse-related tasks as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and inventory tracking experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
