WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – Lenexa, KSInova Staffing is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates for a full-time opportunity in Lenexa, KS! If you have warehouse experience and are comfortable with order picking, packing, shipping/receiving, and RF scanners, we want to hear from you.What We Offer:

$18.00/hour
Weekly pay
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Full-time hours with overtime available as needed

What You'll Do:

Pick and pull customer orders
Pack orders for shipment
Handle shipping and receiving
Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory
Receive, sort, and put away incoming products
Move products using hand trucks and other warehouse equipment
Build and organize orders on pallets or shelves
Keep your work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of warehouse experience
Order picking/packing and RF scanner experience preferred
Ability to lift 30–70 lbs throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday
Dependable attendance and ability to work independently
Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with seasonal temperature changes
