Warehouse Associate – Picking, Packing, Receiving & Shipping

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position is responsible for picking, packing, receiving, shipping, organizing inventory, and maintaining warehouse operations efficiently and safely.

Spanish speaking is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish

Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips
Prepare orders for shipment using UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers
Label, organize, and stock inventory in proper warehouse locations
Load and unload trucks safely
Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (preferred)
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Assist team members and supervisors with daily warehouse operations

Qualifications

Warehouse experience preferred (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)
Must speak Spanish
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Forklift experience is a plus
Basic computer or scanner experience preferred

Schedule

Full-time
Monday – Friday 1pm-9pm
Overtime available based on workload

Resumen del puesto Buscamos un empleado de almacén responsable y trabajador para que se incorpore a nuestro equipo en expansión. El titular de este puesto se encargará de la preparación de pedidos, el embalaje, la recepción, el envío, la organización del inventario y el mantenimiento de las operaciones del almacén de manera eficiente y segura. Se requiere hablar español. Los candidatos deben ser capaces de comunicarse eficazmente en español

• Responsabilidades• Recoger y empaquetar los pedidos de los clientes de forma precisa y eficiente• Recibir los envíos entrantes y verificar los productos comparándolos con los albaranes• Preparar los pedidos para su envío utilizando UPS, FedEx, LTL y transportistas de carga• Etiquetar, organizar y almacenar el inventario en las ubicaciones adecuadas del almacén• Cargar y descargar camiones de forma segura• Realizar recuentos de inventario y colaborar en el control de existencias• Mantener el almacén limpio y organizado• Manejar transpaletas y montacargas (se valora)• Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y las directrices del almacén• Ayudar a los miembros del equipo y a los supervisores con las operaciones diarias del almacén• Requisitos• Se prefiere experiencia en almacén (preparación de pedidos, embalaje, envío, recepción)• Se requiere hablar español• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras con regularidad• Gran atención al detalle y precisión• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico• Transporte confiable y puntualidad• Se valora la experiencia con montacargas• Se prefiere experiencia básica con computadoras o escáneres• Horario• Tiempo completo• De lunes a viernes, de 1:00 a 9:00• Posibilidad de horas extras según la carga de trabajo
