Warehouse Specialist - $20-23/hr, based on experience Berlin, CT Temp to hireRequirements
- High school diploma*
- 2+ years in warehousing including shipping, receiving, and inventory experience
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies*
- Pull parts according to pick lists to fulfill orders accurately*
- Stage orders in preparation for shipment or internal distribution*
- Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels*
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against documentation*
- Communicate effectively with other departments regarding inventory and order status*
- Sort and organize received goods into appropriate storage locations*
- Count goods received to ensure accuracy and completeness*
- Handle shipping processes, including preparing and dispatching orders*
- Conduct order counts prior to shipment to confirm accuracy*
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as part of daily responsibilities
