Warehouse Associate
Location: Tallmadge Fulfillment – Tallmadge, OH
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
Tallmadge Fulfillment is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support our daily fulfillment operations. This role is critical to ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. If you like hands-on work, moving throughout the day, and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Label, sort, and stage shipments for outbound carriers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Use scanners and warehouse software to track inventory
- Assist with cycle counts and general inventory control
- Follow safety procedures and company processes
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Day shifts available (exact hours based on operational needs)
- Overtime may be available during peak periods
