Warehouse Administrator – Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $21.00–$25.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM OR 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | FlexibleJob Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team and support daily warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of warehouse, inventory, and administrative responsibilities and is looking for a temp-to-hire position with potential for permanent placement.

What You’ll Do
- Receive, store, organize, and issue parts and materials
- Transfer materials to manufacturing lines and other departments
- Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor inventory reports and investigate discrepancies
- Transport parts and materials between facilities using company vehicles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Communicate with production, purchasing, and other internal departments
- Provide material-handling support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to safely perform material-handling duties
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
