Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate On-Site | $26-$30/hr

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will maintain inventory at the LaserAway Operations HQ Warehouse. This will include shipping, receiving, packing, and organizing materials for maximum efficiency; and preparing material daily to support operations. Warehouse Associates who excel in the role maintain a clean and orderly warehouse with accurate inventory, ship and receive product and materials with accuracy and attention to detail, and prepares, packs, and loads fulfillment orders onto delivery vehicles.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Properly organize warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable and identifiable
• Pull material, restock warehouse needs, and return any defective products with supplier
• Review and document invoices to ensure accuracy with fulfillment orders
• Complete auditable records: packing slips, pick lists, job close out paperwork
• Assist with loading and unloading packages with shipping teams
• Pack and ship order requests
• Use computer software system to issue and receive material
• Additional duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude to pre-assemble parts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success
• Computer skills are required
• Must have a valid state driver’s license
• GED or High School Diploma preferred

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

• Ability to perform repetitive duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time
• Must be able to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
