Warehouse Associate - Splash

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations by preparing merchandise for delivery, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and assisting service and delivery teams as needed. This position requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual capable of handling both warehouse and delivery responsibilities safely and efficiently.

Pay: $15.00 / Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Assist service and delivery crews with on-site and warehouse tasks
• Unload trucks and store merchandise on racking
• Accurately pick orders using picking tickets
• Palletize and prepare loads for shipment
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Bar-code and bag non-factory packed merchandise
• Maintain, clean, and organize the warehouse and stores
• Assist with returns, restocks, and end-of-day procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, walk, and lift items up to 75 pounds; use proper equipment for heavier loads
• Ability to retrieve merchandise from varying heights using moving stairs, ladders, etc.
• Excellent vision (with or without corrective lenses) for reading picking tickets and cartons
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer, math, and counting skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in environments with temperature variations, dust, and noise
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Steel-toed work boots/shoes required
