Warehouse Associate Distribution Center
Pay: $15.50/hour
Schedule:
- Monday Friday
- 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Overtime available as needed
Location:
- North Houston
A busy distribution center in North Houston is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join its team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are comfortable performing a variety of general warehouse duties.
Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists or RF scanners
- Pack products securely for shipment
- Palletize finished orders according to shipping requirements
- Wrap pallets using stretch wrap for safe transportation
- Load and unload containers manually and with warehouse equipment as needed
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with picking, packing, palletizing, or shipping/receiving is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
