Warehouse Associate – Full-Time | Lipsey’s | Baton Rouge, LA

Pay: $15/hour + Overtime ($22.50/hour)Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends Off)

What You’ll Do

Pick, pack, and process orders using modern warehouse technology and automation (including picking robots)
Ensure accuracy when pulling and checking merchandise
Assist with inventory counts
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
No warehouse experience required—we will train you
Ability to lift 35–50 lbs. regularly
Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
