POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate-Driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on inventory control, cycle count execution, and material accuracy, while also safely transporting materials between LiquidStack facilities and approved locations. This role ensures the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and issuance of inventory through disciplined use of warehouse management systems and standardized processes. The Warehouse Associate-Driver plays a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting audits, and enabling efficient production and shipping operations, while adhering to safety, quality, and transportation standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform inventory control activities, including daily, weekly, and scheduled cycle counts, ensuring alignment between physical inventory and system records.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, document findings, and support corrective actions to improve accuracy and prevent recurrence.
  • Execute accurate inventory transactions in MRP/WMS systems, including receiving, transfers, adjustments, material issues, and returns.
  • Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials, verifying quantities, part numbers, and condition against shipping and purchase documentation.
  • Pick, stage, kit, and issue materials to production and shipping while maintaining FIFO, lot control, and traceability requirements.
  • Maintain organized, clearly labelled inventory locations to support efficient material flow, cycle counts, and audits.
  • Support physical inventories, internal audits, and inventory reconciliations as required.
  • Operate material-handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely to move, store, and stage materials.
  • Operate a company box truck to transport inventory, materials, and equipment between LiquidStack facilities and approved locations in compliance with company vehicle and safety policies.
  • Perform basic vehicle safety checks, ensure proper load securement, and maintain transport documentation as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and cycle counting in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Working knowledge of MRP/WMS systems and disciplined execution of inventory transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Understanding of inventory best practices including FIFO, lot control, labeling, and traceability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to follow standardized work instructions, inventory procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate a box truck in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle safety inspections, load securement, and transportation documentation.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (or ability to obtain certification).

  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Standing/Walking – Frequently (up to 8+ hours per shift)
  •  Lifting – Frequently (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Bending, stooping, and reaching – Regularly
  • Use of hand tools and power tools – Frequently
