Job Description

We’re hiring Warehouse Associates! This position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and teamwork. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a physical, production-driven setting, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll assist with order fulfillment, inventory handling, shipping/receiving tasks, and general warehouse operations to help keep daily workflows running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scales, wrapping tools, etc.)• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods• Comfortable using basic warehouse systems or scanners• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions• Able to work independently and as part of a team• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
